#US TOO: Harassment, Feminism and Exclusion.

I’m going to tackle a myriad of issues but they are all under the same umbrella. So please, bare with me.

The #metoo movement has shined a light on the seedy, shadowy and unspoken crevices of life as female in the work place.

I find myself fortunate and I have never been the victim of sexual assault or harassment. But… this may be because of the demographic that fall into. I am an overweight, African American female. I have never been inappropriately propositioned, groped or threatened. And my demographic may be the reason why…
