With the current social and political climate across the planet, people are generally quick to cop an attitude. Sometimes, it’s justified, often times, it’s not. Being quick to anger is what causes people to be terrible customers, and that leads to people getting terrible customer service, because retail workers don’t want to deal with someone’s attitude of I want what I want right now, because I’m me.
