That is a very appealing idea. As well as shorter term limits. Imagine if politicians knew that if they accomplished absolutely nothing in the one year they get to hold office that they would be replaced; the political climate would be very different. They would actually have to earn their pay and produce to keep their positions. Wouldn't that be lovely?
